Click the tab for which you want to add creatives.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"4\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Click <strong>Upload New Creatives<\/strong> to add your file.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"5\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Wait for your creatives to be approved. Please note that this may take upward of 3 hours.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<ol start=\"6\" class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Rejected creatives will appear in the rejected tab. Pending and approved created will be found in their respective ad format tabs.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"approved-creatives\"><strong>My creatives were approved, now what?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">Make sure to match your campaign settings with the review flags on your creatives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Content Category: <\/strong>We match your creatives to the right audience \u2014 Straight, Gay, or all\u2014so they reach the right audience. If a creative is flagged for a specific group, use it for a campaign targeting that group. Those marked as all can be used for Straight, Gay, or Trans audiences.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Google Standard: <\/strong>Running on Chrome? Your ads must meet <a href=\"https:\/\/support.google.com\/adspolicy\/answer\/6008942?hl=en\">Google\u2019s Abusive Ad Experience guidelines<\/a>. If you don\u2019t meet the guidelines, uncheck Chrome under Browser Targeting when setting up your campaign.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"issues-uploading-creatives\"><strong>Having upload issues? <\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Check the error message<\/strong>: The system will usually tell you what\u2019s wrong (for example, \u201cImage dimensions are not valid\u201d).
